Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 3 days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on all orders above . For orders below this, a standard shipping fee of applies.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, AARYA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your AARYA jewelry. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable.
Process: To request a return or exchange, please contact us at with your order details.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
